That is exactly what i did as i stepped on the scale yesterday morning...the number hit me hard...and i promptly put on my sneakers and headed out the door for a walk! And my lunch time snack?...a small bag of carrots!
i was very proud of me!
Now today after work i got in another walk - with the niece & nephew (10 & 4) - but it still counts! Off to check on what i had entered for strength training on Spark and get some of that in!
i feel so motivated all of a sudden!
