I can't believe that April is almost over! Where has it gone?? emoticon

Well I set out this month to challenge myself. There was an obvious challenge but then some hidden goals as well:

#1 Focus off the scale- I needed to stop relying on the scale to measure my progress. So I changed my tracker to measure fitness minutes.
New goal 1400 minutes for the month
emoticon 800 minutes so far this month- not including my workout tonight

#2 Start toning rather than losing weight. I am pretty much at my goal weight but I wanted to focus on building muscles. So I planned workouts that would help me tone up
New goal:30 Day Shred, Hip Hop Abs & Sundress Challenge emoticon
emoticon I have stuck to my workout schedule about 98% of the time. I had to make some adjustments due to schedule conflicts and not feeling well at the start of the challenge.

So this week will rap up Level 2 of the SHRED and by Monday I will be moving on to Level 3 ( I never made it there!) I am loving how I feel emoticon
