Ohhh, that feels good!

My ol' bod was stiff and sore this morning. I sat down on the floor in front of the wood stove and closed my eyes.

Then I started gently moving the stiff joints, sore muscles, warming them up.
It felt good, so I kept on moving, this way and that. I did some of the moves from Coach Nicole's core routines, and tossed in a bit of yoga.

After about half an hour, I was feeling pretty good. I was all warmed up and feeling pretty good.

Then, I got on the treadmill . . . . and conquered that puppy! (okay, so it was only 15 minutes at level 3 . . . but, that's good for me . . . I'm the person that couldn't do 3 minutes a year ago.)

It was magic!

So, I'm down a pound this week . . . and I really feel the difference since changing up my routine a bit.
