I'm really hoping that someone will be able to offer some real advice. I've struggled with a chewing gum addiction on and off for most of my life. (I'm talking old-fashioned, sugary bubble gum!)
I've tried chewing on other things like flavored toothpicks and teething rings, but I think the sugar has a lot to do with the cravings.
Right now I'm drinking decaf chai tea with unsweetened soy milk to soothe the craving, but it's not really helping much.
