First day of paleo!

So my first day is actually today, as we had to actually SHOP for the food yesterday. I feel like I'm doing really well! I can't believe how full I feel! I'm having a hard time getting the cheese out of my head, but other than that, no cravings! Yay! For breakfast I had an apple with 1 tablespoon of cashew butter, for lunch I had a 3 egg omelet with sausage and potato (I should have added more veggies, didn't think of that until I was done), and for dinner I'm making chicken thighs to either have as a salad or have some broccoli or asparagus with it. We'll see what hubby wants!
I want to thank everyone for your support of me going paleo, I posted about it on Facebook and someone tried to tell me it was a scam. Ummmm wha?! So it's nice to have a place where I can post about how it's going and I have people supporting me. So thank you, all of you!!
Oh and I must say that Sunday night we cleaned out the cupboards. I can't believe how much bad food we had! We chose not to donate any of it, because it's bad. We threw it all away! I'm very proud of us and it feels great to start fresh.
Also, I went to Zumba this morning. I was tired, but I'm so glad I went. My muscles are slowly, but surely, bouncing back. I hope to have enough energy soon to start weight training. I'm too tired after Zumba to start just yet. But this IS only my second week. I'll get there!!
