I hate that I havent started eating better and exercising. Its hard. It takes strength. Everyone in this house grew up on fatty greasy foods and carbs and no portion control. I've changed some of the things I eat but I still need to do so much more.
We eat out a lot so we made us a challenge. No eating out until Mothers Day. I can fix some yummy foods but my grams is very picky and childish. She wont eat the food I fix and she will fix something else. It pisses my off because she usualy fixes something that we had planned to have later in the week. Food gets wasted.
With the nice weather now we spend time outside doing yardwork. I dont so much get tired really fast, its more like my body starts to get tired and sore. My hand cramp up when I pull the weeds and we have A LOT. My aunt builds up a sweat really fast and she needs to take a lot of breaks. I tell her though that thats good. Take your breaks but dont give up. We really need to get use to being active. We will be getting rain this week so next weekend we are spending all say Saturday out in the yard. Cut the grass, pull a lot of weeds, cut down the suckers that are under some of the trees in the back, and cut down some of the wild honeysuckle. There are a few other things we have to do to. I like yard work, just hate how my body feels afterwards.
