Its a new week

So this weekend I was a little bad because I knew on Monday morning my husband and I where trying a new diet (low carbs) so we induldged in pizza and pasta this past weekend. Yesterday was day one and it went well. For breakfast I had turkey susage and a piece of fruit for lunch a salad and for snacks I had more fresh fruit and a low cal yogurt. For supper we had flounder and shrimp with broccoli and bok choi. I did have a atkins bar to help with a craving. Today I had more turkey susage and fruit for breakfast, had a salad for lunch and tonight is steak and aspargus on the grill. Along with cucumbers in vinegar and a side salad.
I am also cutting down on my workouts because I had built up to an hour and a 1/2 a day without seeing results so Yesterday I did 30 minutes and today I did 40. Tonight I will get a little extra in as I have to work on my garden, airrate the lawn and sow some grass seed. My husband setting up the pool this week so I will be able to work out a little in the pool once it gets warm enough. The weather here is so crazy. last week in the 80's this week back down to the 70's.
I am hoping no bread, pasta, potatoe and reduced carbs will help jump start my system to lose.
