Healthy Living Plan April 15-21

I went way over my calories during the weekend, and didn't get in all my water, so I am starting my streak again.

Today is emoticon Hopefully I can beat my last streak of 13 days. emoticon

Daily plan
-Drink 8 glasses of water emoticon
-Track all food and stay within range, preferable the lower end. emoticon
-Get 45 min of intentional exercise....house cleaning does not count emoticon

Sat - DDP Yoga Fat Burner

Sun - Sparkpeople Short Cardio-Sculpt

    I LOVE you're 'don't quit' attitude, Angela! I went way over my calories, didn't log my food and didn't do as much exercise or drink all my water this last weekend too!!! I need to go back to my motivation station to get back on board too!
