Day 1

Today is the day I have decided to make a change, due to university work and my busy schedule i may find it hard to keep writing blog posts however I will try my best to keep it up. Today I havent done very well as my plan is really to start properly tomorrow when I have been food shopping but for today I have started off by doing some exercise. i struggled and I know its not supposed to be easy but boy my fitness levels have decreased. I will try again tomorrow and see how it goes. I am aiming to lose overall 4 stone and 3 dress sizes so my goal is to lose 2-3lbs a week. To do this I will be attempting to complete the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred aswell as the 30 day squat challenge and hopefully I can lose 8-12lbs or maybe even more during that time. I need to stay motivated and focused, keep to a healthy eating regime and keep pushing myself with the exercise. I know I can do it I just need to avoid the temptation that I am faced with living with my skinny roomate who somehow manages to maintain her thin waistline whilst eating chocolate, crisps, biscuits and drinking coke everyday.
