So in March I had the flu for pretty much the whole month. Its was a drag. I slept on the couch for about a week and half so that I wouldn't give it to my husband. Well I managed well on not spreading it to my hubby and my sister. :) While I had the flu I managed to maintain my weight. (halleluiah)
So since the first of April I had gotten back into the working out and eating okay. I however am still maintaining at 223. I hope that the reason that I am not losing weight is because my body is gaining muscle. I do notice that my clothes are fitting a little better.
I just want to see that scale move. At least 2 pounds. That's all I want. Just move... Maybe I should give up the scale seeing how I am waiting for it to move. I will reach 220 by the end of the month. I WILL!
I know what you mean - I am at that point as well. Decided to shoot the scale in the foot. Not going to let it get me down. My clothes are fitting better and dh and the kids have noticed. What more could I ask for?
