Week Three

I have hit week three of going to the gym four days a week. I am trying new classes trying to get over being board stiff with cardio. Today I learned that you can over do it, and it is pretty easy to do when you are my size.
I think that it is odd that I have managed to gain 8 pounds over the last three weeks but I lost a pant size. So I am down from a 22w to a 20w, and I lost a bra size. Pretty amazing.
I feel great! I was not expecting to feel so good while being so sleepy. I have found myself doing new things that I wouldn't have done before. I don't mind weeding my garden. I had fun planting it this year. Life is getting easier, and happier.
