I have really been pushing my exercise this week getting ready for my Big 45 coming up May 1.

Sunday-Body Pump

Monday-Pilates. Zumba boot camp. Walking
Tuesday- cardio Intense interval walking

Will take off Thursday
I earned it I lost 2 more pounds this week!
