I started reading "the Plan" and I am getting ready to start it when I am feeling better! I know I am not drinking enough water so today I only had one coffee, followed by dandelion tea and then a cup of water with lemon...will continue with the water and lemon.

No blog links today, I am working on a collaboration with a fellow writer and I really have to knuckle down and put the blogs aside for one day and get ahead with the manuscript! I know you will all understand!

Thanks for sending those pics, I am loving them.

Next blog will be up soon, after I get my work in to my fellow author...I can't let the team down! We are working on a manuscript that is taking shape nicely and I can't believe how we are both so like-minded on this project. That is a rare thing!

Have a great day, it is rainy and dreary today, but warmer! So a perfect day to get some work done!

I am feeling a little better, slept without being propped up last night, so that is good!
Still no wheat, I have buckwheat last night for dinner, it was soooo good!

enough procrastinating! I gotta get some work done!

    Breakfast was after 10:00 but I squeaked it in.

No cola - did share a beer with dh - but I only had 1/2. Drank lots of water.

Only 1 black tea - can't believe that I can talk myself into waiting and the feeling has so far always passed before I felt the need to give in.

No White carbs - no. None. Have been watching my protein too and so far so good.

New Food purchase: Almond Milk.... we'll see.

    Good job team! Glad you are feeling better, Mel and got your work done.
I'm glad to report I had a good day. Stuck to my plan. No sugar/grains/dairy + 30 min exercise and did watch my portions/no mindless eating.

    I'm glad you're feeling better and I hope you are 100% soon.
Keep drinking that water, and it will get you there emoticon
I'm tired and wishing it was an hour earlier than it is right now. doh! I really wanted to do ST and blog, and now I just need to go to bed or I'll be worthless tomorrow.
someday I'll find the balance.
In happy news, I'm in my calorie range, avoided sugar and white carbs, and I'm going to bed at a decent hour.

    Glad you are feeling better and got to read some of your new book. I hope you love it as much as I do and that the Plan works for you. It takes some dedication (like your strength training with Igor last year!) but it is so worth it!

    Glad you are starting to feel better! Keep up with that water & lemon!

Today was day #2 of my new intense workout. It's tough, and I still can't do it all, but I WILL! I did more today than yesterday and as long as I keep pushing I know that eventually I will be able to do the entire thing!

I hope everyone else is doing well with their goals for this challenge!!
