week one and done

I lost one pound but am struggling to add my workouts. It's hard some days to get going and do the things i have to do. I hope this week will be better. I am just trying to take it one little step at a time and not get bogged down in details.

    That is the best way to do it.

    First you lost a pound!!! That is great!

    If you can't add a whole workout, break them up. Do 10 or 20 minutes of fitness 2 or 3 times a day!!! If you can't do that, then just try to get yourself to do what you can.

    One step at a time, one pound at a time, and you will get there. Great job.
