So I'm finding myself very close to my weight loss goal. I'm not sure where to go from here.
Back when I set that goal, I couldn't imagine being any thinner than that. But now that I have more or less hit it, I feel I could lose a few more pounds.
So I'm asking myself, "what should my goal be?"
Should I reset my goal from 149 to 145 pounds? (I'm 5'4", but I have a "large" skeletal frame)
Should I keep my goal at 149 and enter maintenance with the goal to gain more muscle and become more toned?
Should I shift my focus to a lifestyle focused on fitness goals instead of weight?
I'm thinking maybe I should work on all 3 goals at once. Shift into maintenance, work on building muscle, and see where my body goes....
