Three Month Sparkiversary!

I missed my 3-month mark because I was sick, so I am just now doing my measurements and all that. Anyways, here are my results comparing today with my starting point on January 9th.

Pant Size: Comfortable 14 -- emoticon from a tight 16!

Weight: 176 -- emoticon 18lbs

Body Fat %: 35.1% -- emoticon 1.5%

Waist: 35.5" -- emoticon 4.5"

Hips: 41.5" -- emoticon 4"

Thigh: 25" -- emoticon 1"

Arm: 13.5" -- emoticon 1"



Now I'm not absolutely certain about my starting waist & hip measurements .. I think the more roly-poly you are the harder it is to determine those accurately. But regardless of the actual inches lost, I am definitely smaller and fitting into my clothes better. Woohoo!!

Today is the first day in over a week that I've felt 100% so I'm excited to get serious with my calorie-counting and fitbit tracking again. I lost three pounds just in the last week, mainly because I didn't eat enough (not the healthiest route I know) but now that I'm eating normally again I'm just hoping not to gain them back!

Busy day today getting ready for some dinner company. Hope all my spark friends have a great Tuesday!
