I've been sore for days...

Last week it was my neck/back. Frozen so it limited my range of motion. Today I'm still sore from Saturday's hike.

...and I'm tired because I haven't been getting enough sleep

...and I'm afraid because I need to make a big change in my life

...and I'm lonely - dating scene does not improve as you get older

...and...enough complaining...time to go to the gym!

    Big changes can be stressful, but they can be good also.

    You're doing it right - being active and staying out there in the world. Though our soreness and fear can make us want to stay at home and hide, the more we get out and "just do it" the better we feel, whether it's exercise, dating, or work-related activity.
