I am on late shifts this week and I am struggling to work out when and what I should be eating at what time??
I stayed within my calories, exercised and drank 8 glasses of water yesterday but ate my dinner at 9pm. This morning I woke up and put on half a kg. I weight 2 hours later and I had lost from yesterday.
Normally I do not eat after 8pm but I am working until 8pm this week so I really don't have any choice.
Should I be eating a larger breakfast and perhaps a shake for dinner?
So tonight I have done just that will see what the results are tomorrow.
Started insanity yesterday. It is a crazy crazy work out. It's tough but I know it will be worth it in the end. Very achy legs so I know it's working :-)
