i'm starting over

I haven't been doing what I need to do, but i'm getting back on the wagon and starting fresh, it's hard for me to forget that I failed but I need to do better. I'm going to try a fitness class, maybe I can make a new friend to talk to.

    You haven't failed! Sounds like you've been maintaining instead of losing - that's part of the big picture, too! I think I may have mentioned this before, but if not... The SparkCoach 'free trial' helped to jumpstart my motivation a few months back. Just checking in and watching to video each day and completing the tasks they give you helped me to refocus and get on track. I didn't do the paid subscription after the free trial but kept thinking if I got in that low motivation slump again I may just do that. There's always a link at the top of various pages to give it a try.

    I know that feeling, thinking I have found the weight loss plan (hate the "D" word) for me and this time I am going to do it, this will work yada...yada...yada. The plan fails, what a let down! Just as Vic stated in a previous comment, "Don't start over, but rather start anew", I like that! There is only one way to lose weight (in my opinion) eat less of whatever your little heart desires, only at meal time, drink lots of water, don't eat after a certain hour of the day ( all of our schedules differ) and last but not least, exercise. It doesn't have to be any certain routine, just MOVE...LOL, good luck Hun!! ~Karen~

    Don't start over, but rather start anew. Whatever you did before did not work, so try a different approach, new goals, and with an understanding of what it will take to make it work this time. God Bless YOU! Vic.

    I know how you feel I was doing good and then I had some issues and boom weight back on, so I hit it hard again starting last week Monday!! I know if I can do it so can you, just forget the past and live for today!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
