Oh My! Bought a bag yesterday for my son, yeah right. I love Cheetos but thought no way will I eat these hot ones. Wrong! I probably ate half the bag. So that's why I can't bring those junk foods into the house and I know it. Glad today is a new day.
Been reading The Skinny Rules from TBL. Once again I'm reminded it's okay to go to bed hungry. One thing I've always done that's listed in the book is eat unlimited amounts of certain vegetables. You know, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, etc.
So today I'll get in 178 fitness minutes and not eat more than 1200 calories. I really want to drop these last few pounds. Should be easier now that the weather is getting a little nicer.
