I exercised 90 minutes and walked 20 minutes today. I kept my calories, fat, protein and carbs on the low end of the range. Tomorrow I weigh in again and I am hoping to be close to my previous low: 147.8. Even if I'm not, I know I have been back on track for three days and will work to keep my streak going. I won't make my goal of 140 by April 30th, as planned, however I can make it by May 30th if I stay with the program.
