Exercise and Freggies

The shingles have really sapped my energy. I think I am pretty much over them. I have tried to walk 25-40 minutes the last week. Today I walked 30 minutes and was exhausted. I feel like I should be able to do that at 74 and am not looking forward to trying to get back in shape. I think I will try to break my exercise up into 2 sessions a day.
That is enough of that. This week on our Daisy challenge we are supposed to try to eat 5-9 servings of freggies. So far I have eaten 5 for 2 days and 4 for one day. Yay for me!!! I think I may be eating too much fruit. On the Daily Nutrition Feedback, the graph where it says we should be eating carbs for half our daily carb/fat/protein breakdown, I have been eating about 3/4's of total in carbs. I guess I need to cut back on the fruit and increase my veggies.
Some day I may get this figured out lol.
