I got in 5 miles at the track & a hour of tennis with my girls.

I ate within my ranges.

My doctor wants me to rest one day of the week. They took some more blood tests and I'll go back next month. I lost 4lbs of fat and gained 2lbs of muscle last month.

I'm feeling healthy!

Having a day of rest is important, too, so I think you're doctor might be right. :)

    Fantastic news from the Dr. I take a couple of rest days a week but it depends on how strenuously you exercise. A walk on your day off probably would be just fine if you miss the exercise. Congratulations on getting so healthy! emoticon
