Start the day out!

I start everyday with a green smoothie, which contains, handful of spinach, 1 c water, protein powder, chia seeds, 2 carrots, apple, celery, and some frozen berries. This tastes delicious, and then I have fruits and veggies done right away in the morning. I feel great, starting the day with such a healthy start.
