Really Trying Hard to Lose This Weight

I am getting serious about this weight thing. I keep gaining and losing the same pound. I have been doing zumba 3x/week, but I don't think my eating is all that good because I am not losing any weight.

    I was just reading an article that you MUST lower your calories to lose weight,even if you are exercising more. I think I am going to order one of the new diet books that are out. Barnes and Noble just advertised a few. I'll let you know which one I buy and if it works emoticon

    Hang in there and don't give in. Be sure to track the calories and you'll find out if it might be what you're eating.

    We have all been there. Just keep working toward your goal. Be sure to drink your water and get enough sleep. If you have not done it yet, that your measurements. Sometimes you are losing inches... emoticon

    Try tracking and switching the food up!!

    The zumba is great for you. Try tracking your food for a couple weeks and see if it gives you any insight.
