The next time I complain, just slap me silly. I am so blessed to have a great family and great friends who love me and support me. All I can do is pray for those who are not as fortunate.

yes we all need to remember how blessed we are and listen to what we are saying.
"i don't want to get out of bed" have you ever said that to yourself ? think about it!
change it "I don't want to get out of bed right now" and than express gratitude that you can get out Gratitude all day long will make your world a much better place without changing a thing thanks for the reminder

My son set me a clip with of third world people saying our every day complaints. It really showed how out of focus we can be. Like..." I hate it when the air make the room too cold"... I hate it when my gum is too minty when I take a drink of water.... Slap me silly too. I will be doing 20 push ups too. emoticon
