Hello. Today's my first day on the site. I used to be on here a long time ago, but never really did much with it.
I'm setting personal goals for myself and trying to become healthier.
Since i work online, I tend to sit at my computer for most of the day and not really pay too much attention to what I eat or exercise. I don't eat much, but that can also be bad for your metabolism since I skip meals often. I eat very healthy foods normally, but can often go a little crazy when I go out to eat. I'm planning a trip this summer and I want to feel confident since I'm going to be in a swimsuit. I'm afraid I might not be able to reach my summer goal, but I'm going to try as hard as I possibly can.
