Fibromyalgia

Monday, April 15, 2013

Some days are easier than others to work out. Today is quite the challenge just to get through the work day. It's snowing outside. Usually it doesn't bother me this much, but today for some reason it's causing me intense pain. Such is life. i'll probably go home and put on sweats to work out in instead of shorts. I'm taking Tylenol for the pain for now. I may have to take something stronger for the pain tonight if the snow doesn't let up. I can't imagine what the people in Boston are going through though. I can't think about how petty my pain is in reaction to the 22 injured there. I can't imagine what it's like to be in a bombing. It makes me afraid of being in crowds of any kind for any reason. So I'll go home and put on my sweats and be grateful I can still work out.

I agree that going outside sometimes makes it worse. fibro flairs suck but I'm learning to live with them and work around them without making them worse. Thanks guys for helping me out.

Me three.... aches and pains are annoying today! Have either of you noticed that you also get worse if you spend time outside? We went to two little league baseball games for our grandsons over the weekend and several symptoms flared up immediately. Makes me wonder.

    I agree.
My fibro is flaring today too. no snow today, but no sun either,, rain stopped Sunday.

Sometimes I sue the stability ball to stretch on,, against the wall.
