short and sweet

so im pretty thrilled now the weight has started coming off its still coming off which makes me happy, im now at 273 so i just need to ditch that last 3 lbs to be 10 lbs lost....i couldnt make it to the gym last night so i went for another walk and tried to keep up my pace and went for a much longer distance, ill be so happy when this pain i get in my hip/lower back goes away normally when i stop its because i cant handle that pain any longer. but here is to hopeing things keep dropping and i keep feeling motivated...thank you all for the comments.

    thanks guys i know i shouldnt weigh all the time but obviously if i didnt things perfect i wouldnt need to loose weight to begin but thanks again.
