New Week, New Challenges

So, I made it through the weekend. And I think I made it through mostly ok. N bought a giant slab of hazelnut cake because it's his favorite. I had a single bite and that was it.

This whole counting calories thing had better work. It makes the most sense. I've bounced around to basically every diet out there, this one has no gimmicks. It's the simple matter of keeping track of what you eat and making sure it's lower than what you're burning in a day.

The wedding's coming up fast. I'm sad with myself that I won't be anywhere near the goal I'd set for myself when I got engaged, but I have to stop thinking like that. This is about more than the wedding, it's about my health.
