Every time...

I was doing great for being on track for my weight loss. I really was.
Then life decided to get in the way and my weight loss stopped.

I am 6 weeks pregnant. Very unexpected.

My doctor is okay with my eating plan continuing on how I have been, and for now, i'm cleared for continuing to exercise so. I can't do as much as I was, and if I end up having issues again, then everything will change.
For now though, I keep eating in my new way, and keeping up with moderate exercise, and go from there.

    Join the Spark group "Fit and Pregnant," and check out my girl GRACEMCC45 - she just had her baby boy and exercised right on through almost her entire pregnancy! She will definitely be able to help you keep on track. It is possible to be very healthy while carrying a child!
