Better Today

Monday, April 15, 2013

I found out a former employer blacked listed me. This week a former employer called for an interview. I think that things are getting slowly better. Cheers, Keith PS: again I got some more "bad" it seems that I had burned bridges with that former employer. It really is my fault because I have had a history of depression and anxiety I sometimes overreact. Everytime this happens my issue becomes more and more apparent to me. It is really important for me not to get into situation where after time I will burnout. That usually means working PRN (per diem) Again, people tell I am a great nurse because I am so compassionate. But it works against me in the state of health care today.Thank you for your support. I need it. Keith

Good luck with your interview. It should be an easy one since it's with a former employer.

YAY!! One thing about nursing is you would have to be a very bad bad nurse to be blacklisted everywhere. There is just too much of a demand for RNs everywhere!! male RNs are great to work with over female RNs. The bad part of being Male RN is you always get called for help with the heavy lifting. I always thought that anyhow. I loved working with male RNs, I loved working with all men as an electronics test technician at Hughes Aircraft in my first career. Men are better to work with than women. I am biased, and I am a woman, but I would rather work with men any day, and I can say that evenly, because I have done both. So you just hang in there, you'll find a place to work very soon. Nurses are needed EVERYWHERE AT EVERY FACILITY THAT EXISTS. Things will get better, pull up your bootstraps and gather your self confidence!!! That's an order LOL!! A RN job is right around your corner!!!
