First goal completed!

I haven't posted a blog post in a couple days because I haven't turned my computer one which is a good thing!! I accomplished my first week of not drinking any sodas and have been doing great with my water. It may seem like a small achievement but for someone who drank nothing but coke all day long, I feel like I climbed a mountain. LOL

I read Chapter 6 of The Spark last night and have set my Fast Break Goals for this week. I'll continue my no sodas habit and have added these daily tasks:
*Eat some sort of fresh produce
*Exercise for 10 mins
*Read a motivational story or book.

If I complete all my goals every day I will be rewarding myself with $5 in my new wardrobe fund. I started this fund to go shopping on my birthday about a year from now, since I am positive I will be in need of new clothes for the new me :)

I did my weekly weigh in today and I'm down only 1 lb from last week but I'm not discouraged because I know it will shed off a little at a time and my goal is 50 lbs by next year so even at a lb a week I'll still reach my goal :) I also took my measurements for the first time so can't wait to see those numbers change also!
