YooHoo anyone find a new kind of freggie to try today?
Anything in this rainbow look new, interesting, or just plain delicious?

S-t-r-e-t-c-h Not only your muscles but your imagination too...look for new taste experiences in the healthy produce area... Fresh, frozen or canned...or even dried!!!

This morning I had that fresh"blood orange"; dried grapes=raisins, and just whirred up a frozen banana, with canned mandarin oranges into snack smoothie. How are you doing??

    For the smoothie, I put a few little ice cubes in the cup, then the two xhopped fruits_ what ever I am using, then 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey or an artificial sweetener of choice and add water "up to the line of my blender cup" about 2/3 cup, and if i remember 1 or 2 Tbsp flax seed meal ...depends on mood and other foods eaten that day. Whirrrrrrrrr it up till the consistency of milkshake and enjoy.

  Blood oranges are good. My son just loves the blood orange juice he used to get in Italy. It's hard to find in this country.

    I ate grapes this week..Green seedless. Those blueberries look good. That smoothie sounds delich. Did you add milk or yogurt or just the juice of the fruit?
