Plans for the break

I have finally accepted the fact that you can not out exercise a bad diet. People say all the time that losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. With all that being said I have decided that my focus will be on that. I still plan on working out but nutrition will be where my head is at.
1/2 a gallon to a gallon a day.
Track my food daily.(stop using the excuse I didnt make it at home so I can't track.)
Sunday will count as my splurge day well actually splurge meal.
Go back to meatless mondays
I will plan out meals and grocery shop on Saturdays, and prep for the week on Sundays
My Smart goal for this time
frame: To get my eating habits under control by staying hydrated, and tracking my food 5 out of 7 days weekly.
