Week 6

Was down 3 lbs this week, quite happy with that. it was my birthday on the weekend and I treated myself to some pizza and yes even birthday cake, but all the leftovers are already in the freezer. Trick is to keep a treat just that, a treat, and then get back onto my program.

Looking forward to two upcoming milestones. First, to hit the 40 lbs down mark, and second, to drop from the 280's to the 270's. If I stick to my program I know I will meet both within the next few weeks. I am quite happy that I've managed to find a balance where I can still enjoy dining out and celebrations without totally wrecking my week. Why it has taken me this many years to figure all of this out I just don't know, but boy am I happy that I have.
