I thought this was a great article and a good reminder of some of the things I let slip sometimes. I have to weigh and measure everything..track track track! I am good on the exercise side of thing, but I have to be so careful about what I eat. It can be so annoying to see my husband or friends have a beer and munch away at a basket of salsa and chips...not a care in the world. I am like..one tostito, two tostito, three tostitos. I know, there are far worse thing, but still makes me cranky!
