Day 8: Zumba 624 Cal and 2k 2 day 1 C25K 297 Cals!!! Good day!!
Day 9: Zumba 592 Calories

Day 11: Rest Day

Nveer would have believed in this process if I hadn't completed it! Now to get better, faster, stronger! 10k in my future? I think so!
