Since going primal is such a huge change for me, I've decided to reset my weight goals for 100 lb in 1 year and make today my starting weight: 364.4 lb

Mon: Walk 30-60 min
Tue: Strength Training to fatigue
Wed: Walk 30-60 min
Thu: Walk 30-60 min
Fri: Sprinting intervals
Sat: Walk 30-60 min

I went for a walk today and it was good. I'm having amazing energy levels, compared to how I felt before. It's also just nice to get out into nature... calming, relaxing. Going to keep rolling with this momentum!
