Day 1: Decided to start with an easy goal ( I hope), More water! Today I will in drink 64 oz (8 cups) of the clear stuff. It's gloomy and possibly snowy today, so this goal might kill two birds with one stone- extra water means more trips to the bathroom and a built in excuse to get up from my desk - LOL!

I heard somewhere that you should drink half your weight in oz each day. So I should be drinking 103 oz (almost 13 cups). Maybe that will be a goal for next week...

    What a great way to start you journey...getting in that water. That's one goal I keep as a streak. I work hard getting it in daily. I have also heard the same thing about drinking half your body weight in water. I've tried...lol. It's a pleasure to be on your team to follow ALL your dreams. It's POSSIBLE!
