Day 1: Decided to start with an easy goal ( I hope), More water! Today I will in drink 64 oz (8 cups) of the clear stuff. It's gloomy and possibly snowy today, so this goal might kill two birds with one stone- extra water means more trips to the bathroom and a built in excuse to get up from my desk - LOL!
I heard somewhere that you should drink half your weight in oz each day. So I should be drinking 103 oz (almost 13 cups). Maybe that will be a goal for next week...
