I hate them! Don't get me wrong I love the time off of work and the time with my friends and family. I hate that I get off track! I am pretty structured during the week and I have a problem keeping that structure on the weekends. It is like my brain and body team up and go crazy on Friday and the rest of the weekend! I get crazy cravings for food I don't normally want....on Fridays. I guess I start thinking about having time off and my body thinks it is time to go crazy. I have to get a handle on it because it is making it very difficult to get back on track when I fall so far off. Has anybody successfully dealt with weekends? How did you overcome getting off track?
On a fun note we were on our way into town to run some errands when our 5 year old niece called and asked us to come blueberry picking. Who can say no to a 5 year old when she is so sweet?! We promptly changed our plans and met up with them at a local blueberry farm and had a blast! Below is a picture I snapped :)
