Things are going good for me right now. I'm still using the meal plans provided on the nutrition tracker. I have tried several new recipes because of it using things I didn't think I liked...but guess what??? I LIKE THEM!! I never ate yogurt before because it tastes like sour milk to me. At least that's what I have always thought. If I combine fresh fruit with greek yogurt I am finding that I love it. I never would have even tried it before. I don't taste that sour-milkyness (is that a word?). Since I've started following this plan, I've lost 4 pounds. It doesn't show on my ticker because I went up first from where I started. I hope to see the ticker move in the right direction again soon (I'm not new to this process at all!)!
I do my exercises in the morning. I find that if I wait until later in the day it really doesn't get done. I have always preferred doing my exercises early in the morning to make sure it gets done and out of the way. I've been reaching my exercise goals.
