Sandra's Bodypump weights: numbers to remember

This is accountability - I'm hoping to look back on these numbers in a few weeks time and realise that my weights have gone UP!
Warm-up track: 5kgs (11lbs)
Squats track: 15kgs (33lbs)
Chest track: 10kgs (22lbs) The track used for this is 6 minutes long! Great song, by Muse, but 6 minutes!! It’s a whole lot of reps!
Back track: 15kgs (33lbs) This really hurts my hands, deep inside them, almost like cramping, which then affects the way I can perform the triceps track - I'm really hoping my grip is going to get stronger.
Triceps: 5kgs (11lbs) Despite my hands hurting from the back track, I think I could have comfortably gone to 7kgs.
Biceps track: 7kgs (15.5lbs)
Squats/lunges track: 15kgs (33lbs)
I did an early Bodypump class this morning (6.45am) before going to work. I couldn't do the whole 1-hour class as I had to leave myself time to get showered, dressed and drive to work. My gym and my work are at opposite end of the city.
I missed out on the abs track and the stretching. I know you should never not stretch, but I cannot be late to work on account of the gym. I will do a nice yoga workout at home tonight, in the hope that it will unknot my left shoulder, which was really playing up during the chest track.
