I didn't know if I was over-exercising or not

I didn't exercise at all yesterday except for 10 minutes of brisk walking. And I have to forgive myself for that. The reason why I was worried of over exercising is because I watched or read something that said I should be taking 2 days off exercise. And Also my body was totally tired the other day that I needed a nap. And I haven't really taken naps in a long time. Anyway, back on track and I will do my strength too for today. Tomorrow I think I will do cardio and stretch.. Good day everyone!!

  Did you know you can take your normal cardio routine and break it up into 10 minute or 15 minute segments in the day and you get the same benefits as doing the workout all in one shot.

Try it on those days you don't feel motivated

    That is the trouble, if you enjoy something you over do it. It is funny but I pulled a Hamstring and had to rest or take it easy. I still lost weight.

A rest may help or it maybe take it easy.
