I didn't exercise at all yesterday except for 10 minutes of brisk walking. And I have to forgive myself for that. The reason why I was worried of over exercising is because I watched or read something that said I should be taking 2 days off exercise. And Also my body was totally tired the other day that I needed a nap. And I haven't really taken naps in a long time. Anyway, back on track and I will do my strength too for today. Tomorrow I think I will do cardio and stretch.. Good day everyone!!
