I don't eat any of the depressing foods in the picture; my problem is foods made with processed sugar. It really does depress me, too. It's that vicious circle, turning to food for comfort only to become depressed, or more depressed, upon eating it...repeat.
This is so true. When I eat bad foods, I literally feel sad and depressed! It's a horrible feeling. I want to feel on top of the world, so that's motivation to feed my body all those lovely 'happy' foods. 1624 days ago
