    Thanks for all the comments! It feels good to know so many people are paying attention, lol.

I don't eat any of the depressing foods in the picture; my problem is foods made with processed sugar. It really does depress me, too. It's that vicious circle, turning to food for comfort only to become depressed, or more depressed, upon eating it...repeat.

    Interesting. I really don't eat the depressing foods at all anymore . . . don't miss em, either. Maybe that's why I'm happier than DH?

    This is so true. When I eat bad foods, I literally feel sad and depressed! It's a horrible feeling. I want to feel on top of the world, so that's motivation to feed my body all those lovely 'happy' foods. emoticon
