Same weight as last week, which is great, since I really ate poorly again this week. Seemed to have the munchies every day and gave in to them most days...
My goals for last week ---
Drink my water. Did well there.
Do my WATP. Kept my streak going with at least 20 minutes each day.
Stay within my nutrition guidelines. I did okay with this for meals, it was the snacking that got me.
Watch my portions. I can always improve here.
Take good lunches to work. Did fine with this. Would have been great if I just stuck to the plan.
This week my goals are the same as last week.

I need to sit down and do some meal planning, especially breakfast. I always seem to have too many calories and not enough protein. Lunches are usually fairly good. It's the munching in the afternoon that is throwing the monkey wrench in the plan. I need to figure out what kind of lower cal, higher protein things I can bring with me so that the sweet stuff isn't so tempting. So this week I will put on my thinking cap and write down some things that I like that I can take with me to work to munch on.
Today was a really lovely day in this area -- NOT!!! It started with rain last evening and changed to snow overnight and pretty much all day. Not a great amount but wet and heavy. Good thing I didn't need to go any where. I do have to venture out tomorrow, but not until afternoon, so I hope that the roads have cleared up by then.
