I have managed to settle down again after all our trauma. The roof is being done on Thursday and all is back to normal again.
During the time I have been so frustrated with meals I have done quite a lot of research into various diets that are around, because of this I have found that in the past a calorie diet was not really successful for me and high protein and low carbohydrate seemed to suit me best so I have decided to try the South Beach plan and started it on Saturday - I feel much better on it than I did.
I also looked at the Blood Type diet which also says that a high protein and low carb diet is what I should be having for my blood group - that is one reason that I have changed plans.
