I've had a tough weekend motivationally speaking. I haven't exactly stuck to my eating plan. I was extremely tired and lazy today, even laid down on the couch and ended up taking about a 90 minute nap. BUT WAIT! I woke up and something inside me forced me to get up off the couch and move! I just finished 30 minutes of cardio dance followed up with a 30 minute walk outside. I feel my mojo coming back!
