I read your blog. Though I do not travel for business. I am retired, I have a family 50th wedding celebration at the end of May to go to. I am lucky, I DO NOT like the taste of alcohol. But I am concerned over getting in my exercise for the trip. I am considering bring my resistance bands and just walking around Denver seeing what the city has to offer. Good job on staying within your calorie goals, bringing your own snacks and looking for 'healthy' airport restaurants options.
