Sunday, April 14, 2013

I worked 12 hours today. My eating was good for the most part today. Noticed late in the afternoon I was looking for something to eat. Was not sure what I was craving Just looking to eat. all ready had my snack. I stoped and thought about it. I was looking to eat something! So I said fine and got a cup of choclate pudding. It settled me that was what I wanted . Then at the end of the shift I was looking for something again. had some cooking in my hand i stoed my self from eating them. I know I wanted choclate So I went to my bake shop and Measured out some choclate chips and ate those with some yogart for a snack. I was planing to have a kashi gronla bar when I came home But my cravings were not going to allow that. Used all my calories today which was good. Will take some almonds with me tomorrow to help with my cravings.

    Peaceful greetings to you,
For me, I really have to pay attention to my water. I can drive for hrs and not realize how little I drank, makes for wicked cravings.
Well done and good luck.
Peace out

That is a really good choice, not to mindlessly eat the cookies. Have what you are craving, or you are just gonna eat whatever you had planned, PLUS whatever you were craving. That is a good result, the way you were flexible and changed trackt!

Make sure you are getting enough protein, it helps keep you fuller longer which helps with the cravings a bit, however you kept great control! Awesome job!!!
